the rooms, they had a beautiful sea view was unbeatable. the breakfast was very good, with a variety of selection. the pools are great, too. the hourly shuttle service, it runs to the beach, was very helpful.

the stairs was an excellent daily workout, it is true. the hill location makes you walked to get to town. walking back in the evening can be a little difficult.

I loved the panoramic views from the hilltop location. The three pools offered varied experiences. The swim-up bar was really fun! The free shuttle to the beach was useful. The breakfast buffet was REALLY excellent. Onsite restaurants boast fine views and delicious Thai food and cocktails.

The front office staff attitude was a bit off-putting. It impacted my stay. I sent an email about early check-in and got no response. Waiting for assistance proved unnecessarily long.

the gym area is small and might feel crowded with several people.

My room had a partial sea view and it was still a huge ocean view. the breakfast was also great with many options. the staff was very helpful. They were always smiling and willing to assist with any requests i had.

the floors did seem a bit dusty in some areas.
